Theo’s journey began over 35 years ago in the bustling world of hospitality, where he honed his interpersonal skills as a host, barman, waiter, and barista working in his family’s business. His time at Venezia restaurant in Malvern taught him the value of exceptional customer service, the ability to work under pressure, and the art of anticipating and fulfilling clients’ needs.
Following his successful tenure in the restaurant industry and driven by his passion for horses and racing, Theo sought an opportunity to work in the equestrian industry. For two years, he served as a track rider and stable hand at renowned racecourses, including Caulfield and Moonee Valley. In this role, he meticulously cared for thoroughbred racehorses, preparing them for prestigious metropolitan and country race meetings. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail translated into ensuring the horses’ well-being and optimal performance on the track.
Theo then transitioned into a career as an investigator, where he spent nine years specializing in customer service evaluations, sales, and managing complex investigations. His sharp attention to detail and analytical mindset enabled him to provide valuable insights to clients, helping them find closure, peace of mind and strengthen customer relationships in the process.
Now, armed with his diverse skill set and unwavering dedication, Theo has channeled his passion for exceptional customer service and his expertise in managing complex projects into a successful career as a real estate sales associate.
